Jumbo Bag Squeezer

The jumbo bag shall be lifted with the help of hoist from front & back side, and brought in the centre by monorail where toad is located at the bottom. The jumbo bag is lifted up over the 2000 lbs toad and is opened, so that the material starts unloading in the toad. The squeezer is provided with two nos. adjustable arms which move up and down with the help of hydraulic cylinder. The adjustable arm is provided with two nos. heavy duty roller which open and close (Travel approx 20") both ways with the help of hydraulic double acting cylinder when the adjusting arms are operated the movement of the jumbo bag is opened and the adjustable arms travel forward till they press the jumbo bag to the required distance and then the adjustable arms travel downwards squeezing the left over material in the jumbo bag into the toad below the bag.

The jumbo bag squeezer shall consist of structure with rollers, hydraulic cylinder drive unit. The squeezer shall be fabricated from M. S. Square pipe suitable cross supports at suitable interval, all bolted construction. The monorail shall be complete with wire rope hoist & trolley of one ton capacity complete with pendant switch. There shall be two nos. adjustable arms on the squeezer, and each arms shall have one no. roller at one end, shall be mounted on the squeezer frame with telescopic cylinder. The frame of the adjustable arm which travels forward and backward by means of hydraulic cylinder operated by hydraulic power pack unit. The hydraulic power pack unit shall be complete with hydraulic pump coupled to electric motor with relief valve and solenoid valve.

Press-Out System

The press-out system shall be meant for transferring of flush of approx. one ton into your reactor. The press-out system shall be fabricated of M.S. plates with suitable supports of M. S. channels, angles & stiffeners all welded construction. The press-out system shall be closed from all sides. The top shall have a heavy duty M.S. fabricated door operated by hydraulic cylinder. The front shall have opening of approx 300 to 500mm as required for discharge of material. The press-out system shall be complete with hydraulic double acting cylinder of approx 150mm Dia and 1400mm stroke flange type which shall be fitted to the M.S. structure. Suitable supports shall be provided to support the hydraulic cylinder.

The hydraulic cylinder shall be operated by hydraulic power pack unit which consists of electric motor coupled to hydraulic pump, with directional controlled solenoid valve, relief valve, etc. The unit shall be complete with oil tank, air breather, oil filter, etc. The hydraulic power pack unit shall be kept below the hydraulic cylinder.

The press-out system shall be complete with electric control panel which consists of MCB, main contactor, contactor for motor and overload relay. The press-out system shall be painted with two coats of epoxy primer followed by two coats of olive green paint.
